JP Morgan is hiring for the role of Regulatory Reporting Innovation - Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with lines of business & key stakeholders to understand their products, how data is captured, and how to automate or reengineer the existing process.
• Support further development of the Regulatory Reporting infrastructure and IT tools. Process analysis and automation, data visualization and analytics.
• Execute project deliverables, including business requirements, testing, operating model assessments, and implementation.
• Ensure the end-to-end SDLC lifecycle is agreed upon and followed, from requirements gathering to grooming to development to testing and deployment.
• Work with different stakeholders to engage during development, testing & prod checkouts.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge and experience of development 
• Professional experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
• MIS or Regulatory reporting background preferred
• Practical expertise in programming skills (VBA, Python) or process automation software (Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath)
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and ETL data processes
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization techniques (Tableau)
