Regulatory Control Associate Job in Gurgaon at Natwest Group

Natwest Group is hiring for the role of Regulatory Control Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain and enhance interfaces and processes within regulatory reporting
• Prepare management reporting
• Produce and review MI packs, including business commentary for stakeholder signoffs
• Contribute to the production of liquidity reports in accordance with PRA or COREP rules and the bank’s liquidity framework
• Drive engagement surveys in your business area, and take ownership of the design and delivery of necessary action plans to enhance engagement levels

Requirements:

• A good understanding of financial products, including concepts such as notional and MTM, counterparty credit risk, securitisation, market risk and value at risk
• Prior regulatory submission experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• A flair for interacting with people and communicating ideas clearly
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a qualification in CA or MBA with significant experience in financial services in a finance role
• Have a broad understanding of market dynamics, products and the associated risks in a market and credit liquidity domain
• You’ll have experience working with a financial institution or consulting firm in regulatory reporting with experience in Basel II, Basel III, and COREP as well as prior regulatory submissions experience
