Deutsche Bank is hiring for the role of Regulatory Advisory Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Disseminate regulations daily
• Provide and prepare all applicable MIS for the Compliance department in line with global Deutsche Bank/Compliance standards
• Administrate regulatory correspondence and circular dissemination through the online system
• Maintain all regulatory/statutory correspondences in the online portal
• Co-ordinate with external vendors for all technical issues about the correspondence and circular dissemination system
• Endeavor to ensure that the system is upgraded to fulfill all Bank and regulatory requirements by tracking and testing the latest software and upgrades that can be used by the Bank.
• Perform DIBU Compliance monitoring activity
• Work closely with Compliance team members and also with business, operations to ensure that the regulations in India are implemented as per the firm’s policies and standards, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Ensure consistency in approach with our global policies and procedures. The role will involve multiple exposures & stakeholders and will require evaluating & advising on new & existing regulations. It will also involve working with other legal entities within the DBAG Group to lend support to Compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified (CA/CS/MBA). Financial, regulatory, and legal qualifications would be an advantage (FRM, ACAMS. CFA).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in regulatory and risk management functions with a financial institution or professional firm (preferably a Bank or NBFC).
• Working knowledge of banking/NBFC products and general awareness of applicable regulations
• Detail-oriented and control-focused review skills combined with knowledge of regulatory concepts and their practical application in operational processes and products.
• The candidate should be 'Fit and Proper’ as required under RBI regulations

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills combined with the ability to articulate at a senior level.
