BlueStone is hiring for the role of Regional Visual Merchandiser - Visual Merchandising!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible for the overall appearance of storefront windows, sales floors, and displays, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing teams.
• Ensure timely installation of window displays in line with display guidelines.
• Develop and share diagrams to guide merchandise placement for optimized visual aesthetics.
• Engage with external partners, including Brands, Suppliers, and Vendors.
• Conduct staff training on visual merchandising and display guidelines.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising Champions at various stores.
• Visit stores to set up visual displays according to established standards.
• Plan, manage, and execute new store openings following VM guidelines.
• Maintain a database of important dates related to retail and market releases.
• Provide inputs that help regularly update Visual Merchandising guidelines for stores.
