Regional Supply Chain & Logistics Manager Job in Gurgaon at Reckitt

Reckitt is hiring for the role of Regional Supply Chain & Logistics Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Manage regional stock balancing by coordinating with demand planners and inter-CFA teams to align with final demand
• Ensure system hygiene by regularly checking SAP and WMS, making adjustments post-audit or approvals with relevant teams or 3PLs
• Collaborate with sales and planning teams for SMI product liquidation and prepare block stock details for provisioning decisions
• Prepare final write-off and disposal files in accordance with company policies and compliance standards
• Update OTM master data, monitor transaction completion, resolve non-completion issues, and ensure timely vendor payments
• Coordinate with CFAs to share operational plans in advance, especially for critical days, ensuring smooth execution
• Oversee entire regional operations, driving efficiency and alignment with company objectives
• Implement QMS sustainability measures in line with Reckitt’s global distribution procedures
• Conduct internal audits on operations, quality, safety, and statutory compliance
• Establish, monitor, and enhance depot KPIs to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to HRRB standards by conducting regular tracking and compliance checks
• Monitor the availability and validity of licenses at distribution centers to mitigate operational risks
• Lead vendor negotiations, manage NPS processes, and coordinate with legal teams for timely contract closure
• Drive cost control across CFA operations and transportation, focusing on optimizing expenses
• Implement productivity initiatives to control costs while maintaining high service levels
• Participate actively in key system or infrastructure projects that support innovation and business growth
