RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Leadership:

  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.

Partner Ecosystem Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage system integrators (SIs), distributors, and technology partners.
  • Conduct joint business planning with partners to drive mutual growth.

End-User Engagement:

  • Drive demand generation by developing relationships with key decision-makers across verticals.
  • Provide consultative selling and technical evangelism to influence end-user specifications and requirements.

Market Development:

  • Map the regional market and identify new opportunities and applications for video analytics.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to build brand awareness.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–12 years of B2B sales experience in Video Surveillance, Analytics, AI/ML-based security technologies, or related domains.
  • Strong network of SI partners and enterprise end users in North and South India.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a high-growth, competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with Enterprise verticals
  • Understanding of AI-driven video analytics applications (facial recognition, ANPR, behavior analysis, etc.).
  • Background in selling SaaS or hybrid cloud-based security solutions.
