Regional Sales Manager – Logistics Job in Bangalore at Intelligent Retail

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the logistics industry
• Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure the team meets their sales targets
• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders in the region
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and take corrective actions
• Need to maintain relationship with existing clients to pitch in for new projects of existing clients.
• Responsible for developing new markets and opportunities in the respective region.
• Need to support and lead City managers and sales managers across the region.
• Need to support city managers and Ops team members to maintain service level and service quality.
• Support in acquiring new vendors as per the requirement of customer. Need to increase the footprints.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, and supply chain management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales plans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
