About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in line with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Drive achievement of sales targets and monitor KPIs for the DST.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
  • Ensure market coverage and penetration through efficient allocation of resources.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the DST to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular training and skill development programs for the team.
  • Establish clear objectives and provide ongoing performance feedback.
  • Resolve team challenges, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
  • Identify and communicate insights to improve sales processes and approaches.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Optimize processes for increased efficiency within the DST.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of the regional market, including customer and channel dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute plans effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
