preseGunnebo is hiring for the role of Regional Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across the Western Region.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct market mapping and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competition in Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
  • Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to maximize business potential.
  • Provide insights to management on regional opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, system integrators, and other key influencers.
  • Engage regularly with new and existing customers to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Use CRM tools effectively for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records, sales funnel data, and market insights.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order processing and project delivery.
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and product promotions.
  • Share market intelligence with product and marketing teams for strategic improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in security, automation, access control, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the Western Region (Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra).
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-driven with strong ownership, planning, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Exposure to payroll transition projects, automation initiatives, or system integrations.
