Regional Sales Manager Job in Ahmedabad at Electronica Finance Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development for Loan Against Property in the assigned region.
• Achieve disbursement targets and maintain portfolio quality.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of sales executives, relationship managers, and channel partners.
• Identify and onboard DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage relationships with existing customers to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with credit policy and documentation processes.
• Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursement and post-sales service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
• Submit timely MIS reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the leadership team.
• Conduct regular field visits for customer and channel partner engagement.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in Loan Against Property, secured SME lending, or similar financial products.
• Strong understanding of LAP underwriting, property legal and technical checks, and local market practices.
• Experience in team handling and regional-level operations.
• Good network of DSAs, connectors, and local market influencers.
