Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets within the assigned region.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including potential clients and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the sales team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Travel within the region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving targets.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
