Asian Paints is hiring for the role of Regional Sales Head!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Pitch/ convert sales opportunities and meeting sales targets
- Create site level index and driving conversion of the sites
- Pitch and align dealers for selling uPVC Category
- New dealer opening and network expansion
- Drive the dealer network for target achievement
- Co-ordinate across multiple teams to meet customer requirements on time
- Handle and manage a team of direct sales representatives and collectively working towards the target
- Handle a team of Direct Sales Representatives
- Handle state-wide geography coverage
Requirements:
- Beautiful Homes Team, Services Team, Commercial Team, Projects Team, Sleek Team, Marketing and HR
- Marketing agencies, Dealers, B2B clients, B2C clients
- Essential graduation with minimum 50%
- 2+ years’ experience in uPVC sales / System Aluminium sales
