Asian Paints is hiring for the role of Regional Sales Head!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Pitching/ converting sales opportunities and meeting sales targets
- Creating site level index and driving conversion of the sites
- Pitching and aligning dealers for selling uPVC Category
- New dealer opening and network expansion
- Driving the dealer network for target achievement
- Handling and managing a team of direct sales representatives and collectively working towards the target
- Co-ordination across multiple teams to meet customer requirements on time
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- 2+ years’ experience in uPVC sales / System Aluminium sales
- Graduation with minimum 50%
