Hitachi is hiring for the role of Regional Risk Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participating in project reviews and transferring Lessons Learnt from project execution within HUB/Region to new tenders
• Driving ERM activities, and integrating ERM with Business RM
• Operating an effective internal control framework
• Increasing collaboration between HUBs, educate/provide training on Risk Management
• Securing fulfillment of the Function targets, supporting the business, and granting change/improvement approach to meet Stakeholders' expectations. To be read with “Value in Action” principles
• Reviewing the level of knowledge of the Business, i.e. Product and/or Service
• Executing to assess the “holistic view capacity” of Risk managers when it comes to real-life execution
• Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
