Regional PLG Head Job in Thane at Tata Motors Finance Limited

Key Deliverables:

• Working along with regional collection teams on recovering of dues from chronic NPA cases through legal intervention
• Collections from LSA allocated pool.
• Provide assistance, advice and guidance to Zonal Legal Managers and field collections team.
• Identification and Empanelment of competent law firms/ lawyers in the region
• Ensuring timely filing of specific cases like 156/3, 406, 420 and sec 138 in his region through State Heads
• Ensuring smooth operations of the Arbitration and Execution proceedings in the region
• Keeping a track on the progress of all the cases filed by the company in the region
• Ensuring timely circulation of legal MIS on all “FOR and AGAINST cases”
• Planning and Conducting Lok Adalats and Camp Conciliation in the region
• Identification and appointment of competent law firms / lawyers
• Liaise with law firms and the lawyers

• Maintain a sound management development plan by engaging and mentoring the direct reports to prepare them for larger and higher roles within TMF and the function

• Prior experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
