Elastic is hiring for the role of Regional Marketing Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Building and managing monthly newsletters for regional and partner marketing programs.
- Supporting the Regional Marketing Managers with daily administrative tasks.
- Submitting MDF (Market Development Funds) requests and claims via various partner portals.
- Following up on payments and MDF reimbursements to hit the correct quarter.
- Working with partner operations to support partner campaign tagging.
- Managing swag orders for events.
- Working with legal to get contracts reviewed, approved, and signed.
- Sourcing venues and catering.
- Building splash pages.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the B2B Enterprise tech/software space
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SFDC & Marketo and Google Analytics, Splash, and other marketing tools
- Dedicated and used to working across different times and cultures
- Fast learner and attention to detail
- Data-driven and analytical approach
- Proficient in English speaking and writing skills
- Full of positive energy but at the same time humble and ambitious
- Juggle multiple projects
- Meet deadlines
