Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management:
- Lead the Centre Managers and Education Counselling teams based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
- Directly oversee the Education Counsellors in Bangalore and Chennai, with support from the existing manager, for the Hyderabad team.
2. Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Drive sales and acquire new customers through both online and offline direct sales models.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
3. Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the SK network, franchisee teams, and business partners in the region.
- Ensure education products are effectively promoted and sold through the network team.
4. Collaboration with Sharekhan Network:
- A significant portion (80%) of the business will be driven through the Sharekhan Network team in South branches.
- Build strong rapport with Sharekhan frontline staff, including Relationship Managers, Customer Relations Executives, Sales Executives, and their managers.
- Ensure branch frontlines create interest among existing and new clients about education products and pass on leads to the education team for final closure, operating similarly to a bancassurance model.
- Lead the education team in liaising with approximately 250 frontline team members across South branches to promote education to Sharekhan clients.

Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, grow, and coach the education counselling team with strong leadership and a culture of high performance.
- Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and career development to team members.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Zonal Heads, Group Heads, RSM, BM, TM, RFM, and RAM in the region.
Create a robust sales funnel for the education business through these relationships.
Sales Management:
- Oversee channel sales through the SK network as a critical component of the portfolio, alongside direct sales managed by the direct team.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans and execute them with Centre Managers across the region.
- Manage day-to-day business operations by meeting with the team and regularly reviewing performance to ensure sales plans and budgets are achieved.
Growth and Opportunity Identification:
- Work closely with the team to uncover and identify growth opportunities by understanding clients' business models and objectives.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Prepare MIS formats to monitor daily business functions, ensuring the entire sales funnel is intact and results are achieved.
Contributing Responsibilities
Team Recruitment and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the team across the mapped region to align with organizational objectives.
- Assist counselors in driving business at their locations by analyzing client behavior and market response.
Channel Coordination and Relationship Building:
- Coordinate with the Sharekhan network of branches and franchisees, building strong relationships and channels.
- Support Centre Managers in extracting business from this channel.
Collaboration with Sales Presenter Team:
- Work closely with the Sales Presenter team to exchange feedback and ideas, ensuring smooth sales operations.
Compliance and Data Management:
- Ensure compliance policies are upheld at all times.
- Drive referral business through the sales team.
- Ensure timely submission of all data to the Central MIS team.
