Regional Language Hiring – KYC Executive Job in Gurgaon at Indifi Technologies Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC verification as per regulatory and company guidelines
• Verify customer documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)
• Coordinate with customers over calls or in person in regional language
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updating of KYC records
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required
• Maintain compliance with AML and KYC norms
• Achieve daily/weekly KYC processing targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of KYC, AML, and customer verification processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
