About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for a swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and address their needs.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues when necessary.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and suggesting process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil , Marathi ,Gujarati Hindi and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathetic approach with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
