Sciative is hiring for the role of Regional HR Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for setting up the subsidiary office of Sciative - We Price Right in Ahmedabad.
• Work closely with the Founders to hire the right talent across Senior, Mid-Senior, and Junior levels.
• Implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Set up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for employees.
• Oversee the performance management processes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience in Talent acquisition and talent nurturing
• Experience in Building HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise
• Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in Performance Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of best practices in HR and employment regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Intelligence to think like an owner
• Good in handling multiple tasks
• Ability to build teams
