About this Job
Desirable Candidate:
- From the gold loan industry, with min 5 Years experience in gold loan
- 1Should be able to generate 3-5 Cr of business per month from self & team.
- Should be able to manage a team of 6-10 people.
- Can bring along his team of at least 4-5 LMs.
- Has a customer base in the particular city & must be working in the city himself.
- Should be comfortable with doorstep i.e. He may have to visit HNI customers for Loan disbursals.
- Can manage NPA or Collections in the city.
