JPMorgan Chase & Co is hiring for the role of Product Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Update/modify Market Information data based on internal client-initiated changes (Middle Office, Trade support, Settlements) or project teams.
• Perform research through Bloomberg and Reuters to find missing Market Data 
• Participate/Coordinate in special projects eg; data clean up, process improvement, etc.
• Plan and prioritize all projects handled by the team.
• Ensuring Checklist, Metrics, and EOD activities are completed and signed off.
• Ensuring timely updating/review of SOPs, Issue Logs, and Project Tracker.
• Handling and monitoring issues and query emails and escalating issues promptly to managers.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow things through.
• Relationship Management.
• Communicate with internal business partners frequently.
• Manage business partner expectations and build a good rapport
• Build an in-depth understanding of all systems and trade flow from an operational perspective

Requirements:

• Understand all relevant Equity and Derivatives products 
• Knowledge of the front to back Operations process (including the key elements such as confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting) and facilitating issue resolution across teams
• Understand the key elements of other infrastructure groups (i.e. Front Office, Trade Support operations and settlement, etc.) and recognize the impact of the actions of the Market Information team on these areas
• Must have clear communication skills and an ability to use these to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge, as appropriate
• Great team player able to work in a pressurized and changing environment
• Possess strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strong problem-solving, control, and project management skills
