State Street is hiring for the role of Reference Data Associate 2!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Will be responsible for all day-day tasks along with people management
• Adhere to procedures and complete all tasks in accurate and timely manner
• Act as key day to day contact for internal and external stakeholders, work to resolve issues, and recommend process improvements
• Develop subject matter expertise related to Reference Data and proactively seek out ways to identify and address inefficiencies
• Act with sense of ownership and accountability within the team and broader organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a Business-related major preferred
• 1+ yr. experience in Reference Data services, Equity, Fixed Income, derivatives, Trade processing or trade monitoring
• Preferred System experience: GTM, RKS, Bloomberg, Reuters, DTCC
• Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills along with presentation skills
• Excellent work ethics and self-motivated
• Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prioritize tasks and ensure flawless service delivery to the clients
• Strong awareness of risks associated with the process and follow best practices 
• Should be willing to work in shifts APAC, EMEA and US
