Oswal Books is hiring for the role of Reels Creator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Content Creation:
  • Develop engaging and creative video content for various platforms including social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit videos to produce high-quality and visually appealing content.
• Storyboarding and Scripting:
  • Create storyboards and scripts for video projects, outlining the flow of the narrative, scenes, and dialogue.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop compelling concepts for video content.
• Video Production:
  • Coordinate all aspects of video production, including location scouting, casting, scheduling, and equipment setup.
  • Direct talent and crew during filming to ensure the successful execution of the creative vision.
• Editing and Post-Production:
  • Edit raw footage to produce polished and cohesive video content, incorporating visual effects, sound effects, music, and graphics as needed.
  • Enhance video quality through colour correction, audio mixing, and other post-production techniques.
• Social Media Management:
  • Manage and maintain social media channels dedicated to video content, including uploading and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms and trends to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Creative Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other creative professionals to integrate visual elements and enhance storytelling in video content.
  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Reel Creator, Video Producer, or similar role, with 2-5 years of experience in video production and content creation
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey messages effectively through visual storytelling
• Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to bring ideas to life through video content
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
