Recuriter Job at Epic Queens

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and tactics to attract top talent
• Source and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates
• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and human resources on the recruitment process and progress
• Negotiate job offers with successful candidates and manage the onboarding process
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build relationships with potential candidates
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures related to recruitment

Skills:

• We are looking for Work From Home Recruiters to help us with our Requirements.
• Experience with recruiting is a plus, however, freshers may also apply.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills is a plus.
• Should have Internet connection & phone to get started.
