Recruitment Team Lead Job in Indore at YO HR Consultancy

• Recruit, manage, and lead a dynamic team that responds to and fulfills Clients’ hiring needs
• Build talent pipeline through alternate sources/innovative methods
• Coordinate with the Business to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles
• Impart hands-on trainer for recruitment team members
• Do the search and recruitment of senior positions himself/herself
• Use various resources for recruitment
• Prioritise work and review it with team members (recruiters)

Requirements:

• Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence
• Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions
• Hands-on experience in job portals/social channels sourcing (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine)
• Understand and summarize the candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements. 
• Self-starter, motivated, and detailed
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Familiar with professional social networking sites and various Auto HR groups
