About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with multiple recruitment partners.
- Drive closures by ensuring consistent delivery from recruitment partners.
- Follow up, push, and extract quality profiles within TAT.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking.
- Handle bulk hiring / Non-IT hiring mandates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
- Ability to get work done and ensure delivery under pressure
- Go-getter attitude with ownership mindset
- Experience in BFSI / bulk hiring is a plus
