HSBC is hiring for the role of Recruitment Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Be part of a high-performing team to deliver exceptional recruitment services within the bank as an SME/Individual.
  • Coordinate with related teams and recruitment partners candidate and act as the primary contact with third party vendors, as appropriate, to ensure timely and proper facilitation of recruitment activities and onboarding of candidates.
  • Coordinates all internal and external job postings. Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance. Drive process changes and updates and manage escalations/complaints with a sense of urgency to provide effective resolution(s).
  • Manage all aspects of TAO Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution of processes and controls. Build knowledge and understanding of TAO operations.Support Team Manager/Global CoE lead in automation and optimization processes.
  • Ensure that all aspects of TAO Operation processes are recorded in compliance with bank policies/processes as per regulatory requirement.
  • Work with the recruitment teams to ensure seamless Requisition Creation, Job Postings, Application screening, offer creation / extension, initiating the vetting coordinating with the vetting team, ensure employee IDs are generated while Onboarding while ensuring the set of guidelines are followed to keep the bank complaint
  • Review of Quality Report for team (internal/external errors). Identify Process gaps and grey areas and improvise. Drive a continuous improvement and innovation mindset amongst team members to deliver on strategic objectives of TAO.
  • Timely identifying training needs and accordingly implement well-defined training plan to equip team to meet customer expectations and develop cultural sensitivity.Ensures effective and efficient working relationships between team members, maintains a high level of morale and productivity within the process. 
  • Ensure that Performance Management is adhered to, and that performance reviews, salary reviews, and development plans are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Actively promotes participation in community (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities and raises awareness of HSBC’s global community initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Hands on experience with tools such as SAP, PeopleSoft, ATS and Excel.
  • Six sigma/Lean certified will be an added advantage
  • Strong customer orientation, a high standard of interpersonal sensitivity and judgment skills
  • Good analytical and planning skills with good understanding of the business and organizational issues
  • Experience in end to end recruiting life cycle – Intake Session to Onboarding
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of working on enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Experience in creation and Posting of Job Requisitions on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) within agreed TAT.
