Recruitment Intern Internship in Delhi at Zenith Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our applicant tracking system.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Coordinate with interview panel members to arrange interviews and follow-up assessments.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and new hire documentation.
• Help coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in organizing job fairs, career events, and recruitment initiatives.

Qualification:-

• Only candidates from Delhi need to apply (preferably West Delhi).
• Degree in HR, IT, Marketing or Sales (pursuing is ok)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High-energy and passion
• Having your own Desktop or laptop with an Internet connection.
