Recruitment Executive Job in Mumbai at Secure Debt Management Consultant LLP

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Execution: 

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for roles within the Collections/Recovery function and other departments as needed. 
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, networking, referrals). 
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for further evaluation. 

 Stakeholder & Requirement Management: 

• Understand and analyze manpower requirements from hiring managers. 
• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process. 

Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Management:

• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for recurring positions. 
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. 

Process Adherence & Reporting: 

• Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports to track progress and hiring efficiency. 
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, company policies, and compliance guidelines. 

Key Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Collections/Recovery hiring. 
• Proficient in using sourcing tools, and Excel-based reporting. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under tight timelines. 

Preferred Ǫualifications: 

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related fields. 
• Prior experience managing end-to-end client interactions and performance reviews. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent targets.
