Accenture is hiring for the role of Recruiting Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• You will be part of our Core HR team that will be in constant contact with teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• You will perform different tasks related to the employee life-cycle process
• You will work on automation and improvements for daily processes

Requirements:

• Experience of 3-5 years
• Advanced English - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good handling of Microsoft Office tools – Word and Excel
• Knowledge of SAP, Workday, SharePoint
• Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
• Precision and attention to detail
• Very good organization and time management skills. Prioritize and plan daily work volumes
• Proactive attitude, team player, result-oriented Desired skills:
• Ability to work in a virtual environment
• German language skills will be good to have but not mandatory
• Experience in HR process management
