Recruiter, GCC Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for different roles across various industries. 
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, social platforms, and internal databases 
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, language skills, and cultural fit 
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements provided by clients 
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews with candidates and clients 
• Handle salary negotiations, offer closures, and documentation as per GCC standards 
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high joining ratio 
• Manage multiple international mandates and deliver within given timelines 
• Ensure compliance with GCC labor rules related to recruitment and documentation 
• Maintain and update trackers, reports, and recruitment dashboards 
• Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand job needs 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in GCC hiring 
• Strong understanding of GCC job markets and hiring expectations 
• Hands-on experience using job portals  
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) 
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet tight deadlines 
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills 
• Strong networking and candidate engagement abilities
