Pinnacle Group is hiring for the position of Recruiter Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, to fill positions across all lines of business within Pinnacle, with a particular emphasis on talent solutions roles.
  • Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with Pinnacle's values and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Handle recruitment for various other lines of business such as business intelligence, accounting, payroll, msp services, human resources, legal & compliance, among others, as assigned.
  • Support and contribute to recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities to promote Pinnacle's employer brand and attract diverse talent pools.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting talent solutions roles and other lines of business.
  • Experience in recruiting recruiters for US operations will be highly preferable.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and contributing to organizational success.
