• Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

• Having worked in Recruitment Consultancy firms or Multinational Companies with expertise in engineering recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates.
• Time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
