TVS Electronics is hiring for the role of Recruiter!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and community organizations.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in blue-collar recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in blue-collar recruitment.
• Strong understanding of blue-collar roles and the skills required for these positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Portfolio of published articles, blogs, or other content samples.
