Recovery officer Job in Nagpur at Jana Small Finance Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for recovery of overdue payments
• Visit customers and conduct field collections when required
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements as per company policy
• Track and update collection status in the system
• Ensure adherence to RBI and company recovery guidelines
• Coordinate with legal and credit teams for escalated cases
• Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets
• Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of recovery processes for secured/unsecured loans
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field work
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
