Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee the delivery of services for Records & Information Management in line with pre-defined process descriptions.
• May oversee ARIM Regional operations, and supervise Region Leads.
• Assist with implementing Global ARIM (Business Operations) strategic direction.
• Be responsible for one or several functional areas, e.g. Offsite storage, ISMS, GDPR, V&A, Audits, Holds, Integrations, and Partnerships.
• Oversee Social Media, ARMShare, Circles, etc.
