Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze data, trace discrepancies, and ensure seamless settlements between Paytm and partner platforms.
• Generate internal and external reports for finance, providing clear insights into revenue and payout trends.
• Collaborate closely with accounts, operations, and other teams to maintain smooth financial operations.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, building strong relationships and resolving issues seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 1.5 years of experience in finance, preferably in reconciliation or revenue analysis.
• Possess strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data to solve problems.
• Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools, able to manipulate data and generate insightful reports.
• Possesses meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, leaving no discrepancy untouched.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with clients and resolve issues with clarity and professionalism.
