Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate individual or department, or take messages.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour during phone interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, photocopiers) and basic computer skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour.
• A receptionist is essentially the face of the organization, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace environment.
