Cars24 is hiring for the role of RCU Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct RCU checks on customer applications, documentation, and system data.
• Perform pre-sanction verifications for high-risk profiles or flagged cases.
• Identify and investigate potential fraud patterns across customer journeys (onboarding, disbursal, repayments).
• Liaise with external agencies for field investigations, reference checks, and document validation.
• Flag anomalies, red flags, or suspicious activities to the risk and compliance teams.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of RCU checks, findings, and closures.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, collections, and risk teams for case resolution.
• Support in developing and refining RCU SOPs and checklists based on emerging risks.
• Periodic audits of process adherence by internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in commerce, finance.
• Familiarity with KYC norms, document fraud markers, and verification techniques.
• Exposure to digital lending or NBFCs is a strong advantage
