Key Responsibilities:

• Host live and recorded radio shows with engaging content and conversation.
• Interact with listeners via calls, messages, and social media.
• Plan, research, and script show segments, interviews, and discussions.
• Coordinate with the programming and production teams for show scheduling and promotions.
• Create and deliver original, entertaining, and informative content.
• Conduct interviews with guests, artists, and celebrities.
• Maintain on-air energy, humor, and spontaneity to connect with the audience.
• Adhere to station policies, broadcast standards, and timing schedules.
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, contests, and listener engagement.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent command of spoken language (Hindi/English/Regional as required).
• Pleasant, confident, and clear voice with good modulation.
• Strong sense of humor and storytelling ability.
• Quick thinking and ability to handle live on-air situations.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and radio console operation (preferred).
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Good understanding of current events, pop culture, and music trends.
