ExxonMobil is hiring for the role of R2O Associate - Buying!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Buying goods and services
• Execute spot purchase orders of various equipment, commodities, or services
• Issue spot purchase orders for third-party goods and services required by Business Lines on a timely basis and with competitive terms
• Issue spot purchase orders valued at more than USD 50K for third-party goods and services or complex requests required by Business Lines on a timely basis and with competitive terms, by working on strategy and negotiation to generate value
• Ensure key deliverables of the team are completed timely and proper manner (KPI Target, Daily Productivity, SLA, etc.)
• Analyse and manage costs to ensure procurement activities are within budget, and conduct Price Reasonableness Check for cost competitiveness
• Handle terms and conditions with negotiation
• Coordinate among business lines /functional experts on various purchase order issues and ensure the timely receipt of goods and services
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to ensure the best value
• Ensure all work associated with the development and management of Orders is in compliance with applicable laws and established controls
• Improve the recycling of purchase orders
• Look for process improvement to enhance deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Equivalent related stream, or Non-engineers with good contracting/buying/sourcing experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Buying
• Good and effective communication(both written and oral) with interpersonal skills
