ABB Group is hiring for the role of R&D Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for development of product features for Connectivity Packages for PCM600
- Based on existing design guidelines, developing product features, maintaining UI/UX design concepts
- Implement product features based on requirements. Proposing innovative solutions for customer requirements
- Collaborate well with the team, to deliver product releases on time, with good quality
- Align with assigned targets (time, cost, quality) and complete project deliverables
- Demonstrate and usage of R&D processes and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies, preferably using C# .NET, WinForms and WPF
- Strong object-oriented programming and design skills
- Knowledge of the SCADA system (communication with IEC61850)
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should analyse and provide estimation based on the complexity of the tasks
