R&D Engineer Job in Bangalore at Synopsys

Synopsys is hiring for the role of R&D Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Regression tools - Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes
• Work with the team to implement new features and use cases.
• Work with the team to unify and transition existing applications to a new architecture to run on the cloud.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs reported by users
• Conduct unit and integration tests to ensure software quality

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or 0-3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Data Structure, Algorithms, Operating Systems, OOPS Concepts, and Design patterns.
• Exposure to Unix-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in Perl/Python/C/C++
• Experience in Source Control Management including Perforce, Git, and GitHub.
• Has a desire to learn and explore new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
