Reckitt is hiring for the role of R&D Associate-Microbiology!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist NPD teams by substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects through data-driven testing and analysis.
• Independently design, plan, and execute experiments to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of prototype formulations and finished products.
• Follow global and internal standard methods to ensure scientific rigor and consistency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D laboratory procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Recommend minor modifications to techniques, processes, systems, or programs to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous laboratory records in line with Microbiology Laboratory standards and global quality compliance requirements.
• Liaise effectively with external laboratories, ensuring smooth communication, productive collaboration, and timely delivery of test results.
