About this Job
- Lead and direct routine compliance functions related to product development and manufacturing of current products in R&D Center.
- Perform as proactive liaison with other organizational departments.
- Manage advanced product development program, improved materials or manufacturing processes.
- Develop test methods, standards and protocols supporting implementation of new material designs.
- Develop, conduct and analyze research and development studies.
- Contribute in yearly competitive product teardowns and analysis.
- Develop and present various standard and ad hoc reports related to R & D projects.
- Participate in appropriate training programs to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards.
- Manage, coordinate and provide assistance with special projects as needed.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate resources to prepare proper documentation consistently with company objectives.
- Resolve engineering problems with engineering expertise at component through system level.
- Utilizing existing test protocols and develop new through conducting testing.
- Execute broad engineering knowledge to design and development new products, product changes and enhancements.
- Monitor and control programs to ensure smooth operations and identify issues if any.
- Ensure to resolve all identified problems.
