Global Industrial is hiring for the role of Quote Closer - Inbound Sales!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Follow up on quotes submitted to customers and close sales orders.
• Input all sales orders received via phone, fax, email or mail.
• Sell additional products through suggestive selling techniques.
• Participate in all company sales promotions by offering bonus products on every appropriate customer contact.
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge of product line.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated closer who is customer-focused
• Superior phone presentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Typing and/or data entry skills
• Accustomed to repetitious work
• Mathematical skills (calculations of discounts, interest, commissions, etc.)
• Excellent PC skills required in MS Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook
• Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints is required
