Quality & Training Specialist Job in Noida at Infoedge India Limited

• Responsible for calls monitoring/audits for sales teams & provide appropriate feedback on their performance
• Drive process enhancement & Live call support via audits/escalations
• Identify T&A, Process gaps from various sources and implement effective solutions
• Work closely with the sales teams to achieve Quantitative & Qualitative business goals
• Prepare and publish weekly/daily/monthly reports as per Process requirement
• Support and coordinate with operation team to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify training needs and organize Refreshers/On floor support
• Proactive approach when dealing with potential bottlenecks and issues impacting the Process Quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Year of work exp. with fast forward or CS division
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills, Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
• Superb track record in MoM sales target achievement
• Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strategic and creative mindset.
