Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Conduct in-depth data mining to uncover valuable insights and trends.
• Develop compelling narratives that effectively communicate data insights to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with data analysts, researchers, and other stakeholders to gather and interpret data.
• Create visually appealing data visualizations and presentations.
• Leverage data to craft stories that resonate with stakeholders and drive action.
• Present data stories to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
• Support program managers in the Quality and Centre of Excellence areas by providing data-driven insights and narratives.
• Continuously refine and improve storytelling techniques based on feedback and new data.
• Create and execute Quality Training program
• Create a Audit program for Data Management process

Requirements :

• Masters Degree in Business or Finance
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Consulting & Training
• Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and storytelling.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
