Telus International is hiring for the role of Quality Monitoring Associate (French)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage QAR Complaints, including investigating case issues and reaching out to internal stakeholders as necessary for resolution.
• Prioritize QARs and tasks appropriately.
• Communicate, collaborate, and work closely with various service delivery departments within IHS.
• Manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
• Participate in regular Quality Management calibration meetings.
• Handle multiple Quality cases and tasks with competing priorities.
• Identify and assess frequently the impact and dependencies of actions and QAR resolution.

Requirements:

• Looking for candidates with 2+ years of expertise in Call monitoring and Customer Service.
• A non-Tech Graduate with proficiency in the French Language is preferred.
